Abstrakt
Radiofarmaceutyki to leki, składające się zwykle z radioizotopu i ligandu, czyli nośnika biologicznego. Zastosowania preparatów radiofarmaceutycznych obejmują zarówno diagnostykę, jak i terapię, czy w końcu – rozwijającą się obecnie Teranostykę. Niniejsze opracowanie stanowi podsumowanie obecnego stanu wiedzy w zakresie zastosowań radiofarmaceutyków w onkologii.
