Abstract

Ocena ryzyka, kontrola jakości i bezpieczeństwa w radioterapii w dobie nowoczesnych technologii i coraz bardziej skomputeryzowanych systemów odgrywa coraz większą  i znaczącą rolę w procesie radioterapii. Toteż coraz częściej podczas sympozjów, konferencji pojawiają się specjalne bloki tematyczne dedykowane tej tematyce. Również podczas tegorocznego 3rd ESTRO (European Society for Radiotherapy and Oncology) Forum w Barcelonie poświęcono tej tematyce specjalny panel podczas, którego poruszono zagadnienia dotyczące kwestii zarządzania ryzykiem oraz analizy ryzyka, które są ściśle związane z kontrolą jakości oraz bezpieczeństwem w radioterapii. W celu przedstawienia najnowszych trendów z niniejszego zagadnienia dokonano analizy wybranych doniesień naukowych zaprezentowanych podczas 3rd ESTRO Forum w Barcelonie.
